There are no credit refunds. Only online store credit and exchange.

 
If any item purchased on www.shopjdo.com , excluding evening gowns,dresses, jumpsuits, and accessories, fails to meet your expectations then it may be returned by mail to us within 7 days from arrival date of the package for an online store credit or exchange for another size or product. 
 
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 7 days from the arrival date of the package. MERCHANDISE MUST HAVE TAGS ATTACHED, BE UNWORN AND IN GOOD CONDITION. Once your packaged has been sent back and received, you will be contacted via email and will receive an online store credit to use only for the website. This online store credit cannot be used in the physical store.  If you are making an exchange, please be aware that a shipping fee will be charged in order to send out the item that is being exchanged. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 7 days from the arrival date of the package.

All evening gowns,dresses, jumpsuits and accessories are final sale.

Please Note
: Most dresses require alteration to achieve a perfect fit. Dresses are made according to standard measurements based on the manufacturer size chart and may be altered to fit you. Alternation is the at the sole cost and discretion of the purchaser and is not provided by ShopJDO. Please select a larger size based on your measurement and the size chart. While the majority of dresses can be taken in to fit you, most dresses are difficult to let out. All dresses featured at ShopJDO are US sizes. If you are ordering outside of the US, sizes may run differently.

Because of the special nature of the Industry Standard for Formal Wear business, ShopJDO does not accept returns. Because ShopJDO features high quality dresses which are often special ordered in the size and color of your choice, merchandise cannot be returned for a refund. Please measure carefully as you are responsible to select the appropriate size and color. The majority of items feature a size chart on the product page for your convenience. If a size chart is not available or you need assistance measuring yourself, please contact us through email and we will be happy to assist you.


How to return the merchandise that was purchased online and shipped out:

To initiate a return, kindly follow these steps:

1. Email us at [email protected]
2. Make sure to put the word RETURNS in your subject line;
3. In your email include: Full Name - Order Number - Reason for return or exchange.


Online Purchase with In Store Pickup Returns - 3 DAY RETURN POLICY

For online purchase with IN-STORE pickups ONLY: You have 3 days within which to return your purchase for an ONLINE STORE CREDIT (NO REFUNDS). If you ordered online and selected store pickup, please pick up your items within 7 days of purchase date to be eligible for store credit if need be. The 3-day return policy begins the moment the package is picked up and signed for at the store. We have the right to deny a return after the 3 day time period has lapsed. We will inspect the item to determine if it is in the same conditions that it was picked up in. This means that the item must have the original price tag attached, be in good condition with no odors, stains, or damages like rips or missing bead trims. Once we accept the return, you will be given a voucher stating the return and you will receive an email with instructions on how to redeem your online store credit. This online store credit cannot be used in the physical store.  Also, because the purchase is made online and picked up in store, we are able to exchange the size and/or color of the same style of an item if it is available, but we cannot do an exchange for a different item that is in the physical store.

Again, this return policy only applies to tops, bottoms, and skirts. It does not apply to evening gowns, dresses, jumpsuits, and accessories. These items are final sale.

Shopjdo.com and JDO Couture has the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that we determine does not meet these requirements.

Shopjdo.com shall not be held liable for lost packages once shipped. Tracking is provided to customer and Shopjdo.com will not be responsible for customer error so please ensure the mailing address is correct when ordering. Shopjdo.com is not responsible for items lost in transit or items lost after tracking shows item delivered.

Redeem store credit on the website:

Once we have received the merchandise and make sure that it is in good condition, we will send you an email with instructions on how to redeem your online store credit that expires 1 year after the issue date.

Do you ship to international countries?

Yes, we ship to some international countries with payment going through paypal. In order to place an order, please make sure to have a paypal account. All international orders will be processed and shipped out as soon as payment is received through paypal. All international orders will be shipped using United States Postal Service International Priority Mail.

International Orders Restrictions:

-Delivery is not available for P.O. Boxes

Orders shipping to International addresses have a maximum merchandise sub-total purchase amount limit of $1,000, or a maximum purchase item limit of 20 items per order, whichever comes first.

Please note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.


Domestic US Shipping Information:

Orders made from Monday-Friday before 5pm Eastern time, will be processed and will be shipped out within 3 business days from date the order was placed. All orders get shipped out with USPS mail. Customers have a choice between USPS priority mail or express mail. Once your ordered has been shipped out, you will receive an email with the USPS tracking number of your package. For all package tracking info., please check the www.usps.com website to check the status on your package.
